Help inside the app
If you are signed in, the Support screen of either app lets you write to us about a specific order, with the order already attached.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, inside the app: open your account, then "Delete account". If you cannot sign in any more, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. Deleting your account (customer or courier) removes your profile, addresses, saved devices, favourites, reviews, loyalty balance and support messages straight away. Your past orders and their financial records are kept for 7 years, as accounting law requires, with the link to you replaced by an anonymous reference.
